The planning of the eastern side of Nirim Street in its entirety and the promotion of the TBA to the MAAR complex

The Enhancement Challenge

The planning of the street in its entirety as a condition of the municipality to promote a plan on the lots owned by the developer, while harnessing and connecting all property owners on the street.

The Result

Future realization of the land division.

Resident Welfare

Planning an open green public space, planning a public building area, mixing uses and adding about 250 housing units in an employment-biased area.
